The band return to Mix Park in Deer Park, WA, about 45 minutes north of Spokane for their 6th annual post 4th of July city concert. Very fun park with lots of trees and a playground for the kids, and the event is now offering food and a beer garden. Always free!

A lovely but cozy and intimate playhouse theater in Poulsbo will present FarmStrong for our 3rd year, for a 2 day run of concerts. The intimacy of a small club mixed with the exquisite sound of a concert hall make for an idyllic scenario to see a true concert band. Don’t miss it!

The 12th Annual Barn Dance to benefit the Five Acre School will feature a lot of music and family fun activities. The whole family will love the kids’ activities, crafts, food and live music, including Red Yarn, Harmonica Pocket & Five Acre School Sound Waves marimba ensemble, from 2-6pm, but the real fun begins with the adult portion of the program, from 6-11pm, which will kick off with FarmStrong at 6:30, followed by Sweater Weather StringBand and the Olson Band. You couldn’t support a better local organization (my kids have both benefitted from it!).

This event actually starts on Monday, when you can get a campground and start jamming all week long. Best of all, the entertainment is free!
This annual event at the beautiful Cedarbrook Lodge, near SeaTac Airport, will bring together some of the finest local ingredients and chefs to display what is possible with a good ol' fashioned heirloom tomato. Seattle musician Sheryl Wiser will open up the musical portion of the event, and FarmStrong will throw down some pure distilled country music. Tickets at Brown Paper Tickets. More info at Cedarbrook Lodge's website.
